Curing Aid: Środek wspomagający utwardzanie w dyspersji wodnej dla betonu

Curing Aid: Środek wspomagający utwardzanie w dyspersji wodnej dla betonu

Curing Aid Curing adjuvant, based on special acrylic resins in aqueous dispersion; applied by spraying, on fresh concrete surfaces. It reduces the sudden loss of the mixing water by evaporation, thus contributing to the improvement of the general characteristics of the finished product. Unlike treatments based on wax or synthetic oils, Curing Aid is not a hydro-oleo repellent substance. Curing Aid bases its working principle on the cross-linking of a copolymer particularly similar to the constituents of cement-based mixes. The copolymer inhibits the evaporation of water and is chemically fixed with the support. Curing Aid, thanks to this polymerization process, is not a potentially detaching substance with respect to subsequent coating treatments, unlike the common anti-evaporating agents present on the market that base their effectiveness on active hydro-oil repellent substances. Aid for curing and curing measures in concrete conglomerates: industrial concrete floors, foundation slabs, massive jets, betons, thixotropic and castable structural mortars, fiber-reinforced micro-coals etc. Curing Aid must be applied to the surfaces of fresh mix, preferably by spraying, using low pressure sprayers. Curing Aid can also be rolled out but in this case it is advisable to wait for it starting phase and first surface hardening (losing part of its effectiveness). In case of particularly unfavorable exposure conditions (dry and / or windy environment) it may be necessary repeat the application. Curing Aid is not a hydro-oleo repellent substance. Curing Aid bases its operating principle on cross-linking of a copolymer with excellent stability under alkaline conditions, which inhibits water evaporation by chemically fixing with the support. Curing Aid, thanks to this process of polymerization and tenacious adhesion on the surfaces of the conglomerate, it is not a potentially detaching substance with respect to subsequent coating treatments. It is understood that an excess of mixing water in the concrete design mix, with an attached phenomenon of bleeding, it can affect correct Curing Aid polymerization and create a non-perfectly linked crosslinking with the support. Therefore it is always advisable to check the degree of compactness of the surfaces and, in case of doubt, proceed with an effective cleaning before carrying out any superficial painting. The operations of sanding, dust removal and in general of preliminary cleaning are, however, always recommended in all the codes of good practice concerning the painting and coating of industrial floors. The use of the curing adjuvant does not exempt from the adoption of normal protective measures, where necessary (covering products with sheets of polyethylene, in non-woven fabric, jute bags, prolonged wetting, etc.). It is not a pigmentation, after the application it is transparent. From 0.07 to 0.1 kg of Curing Aid per square metre of surface to be treated, based on the porosity and absorption of the surface itself. Packaging: 1000 kg tank UM: €/kg

Grout 2 SFR: Zaprawa reologiczna, odporna na skurcz, wzmocniona włóknami do precyzyjnego mocowania

Grout 2 SFR: Zaprawa reologiczna, odporna na skurcz, wzmocniona włóknami do precyzyjnego mocowania

Grout 2 SFR Grout 2 SFR is a high-performance, self-levelling castable mortar, being fibre-reinforced with Readymesh MM-150 steel fibres and Readymesh PM-060 polypropylene microfibres, with high flexural strength, great adhesion to concrete and steel, and shrinkage compensation. Aggregates with a maximum size of 2 mm. It is ideal for restorations, reinforcements and seismic adjustments, offering ductility for medium thicknesses (3–10 cm), on structures in reinforced concrete and masonry. Precision anchorage of operating machines: presses, turbines, power supply units, rolling mills, alternators, overhead cranes, metal structures, tracks, etc.. Structural adaptation, renovations, drawing and reinforcements, using injections and castings inside formworks. Creation of connection anchorage using steel bars with a diameter and depth consistent with the project specifications, by casting in specifically prepared perforations. Construction of structural road joints. The application surfaces should be clean, free of containment, inconsistent and incoherent parts, dust, etc., conveniently saturated with water to reach the "saturated to dry surface" condition. An adequate roughening of the surfaces by scarifying, sandblasting etc. is always necessary in order to obtain the maximum adhesion values to the substrate. The optimal values are obtained with high pressure hydro-scarification. Bare the irons undergoing disruptive oxidation or deeply oxidized, removing the rust of the exposed irons (by sandblasting or abrasive brushes). Place 2/3 (approx 2.5 litres per bag) of the total water in the mix, then gradually add the product and the remaining water, mixing until you obtain an even mix with the desired consistency and no lumps. Approximately 1900 kg of Grout 2 SFR for every cubic metre of mixture to be made. Packaging: 25 kg bag Unit: €/kg
Consilex No-Rust: Inhibitor korozji przez impregnację dla konstrukcji betonowych

Consilex No-Rust: Inhibitor korozji przez impregnację dla konstrukcji betonowych

Consilex No Rust Consilex No-Rust is a powerful non-toxic corrosion inhibitor, to be applied to the surfaces of concrete structures and which, thanks to its particular chemical nature, migrates within the conglomerate and deposits on its particular internal reinforcement substances that preserve their integrity over time, by inhibiting oxidation phenomena. Consilex No-Rust performs its function effectively based on the migration phenomenon, which allows it to deposit on the reinforcement of the treated structure of particular corrosion inhibiting agents, even applied to the outer surface of the structure itself! The particular formulation of Consilex No-Rust allows its effectiveness not to be compromised by the presence of high levels of chlorides in the conglomerate. Alternative nitrite-based products, indeed, in the presence of chlorides, they may even have a negative effect on the corrosion of the reinforcing rods. Consilex No-Rust, on the other hand, can be used effectively on concretes whose irons have already started to suffer corrosive effects and partial oxidation, also due to chlorides. Preventive protection of existing concrete structures, such as public works, road works, buildings, hydraulic works, etc. Thoroughly clean the support before applying the product, removing traces of fats, oils, dirt, incrustations, fouling, etc. Remove any paints, coatings, films or membranes that may be present on the surface: the product works by penetration, so it must come into direct contact with the surface of the concrete. Spray-apply on the surfaces to be treated. In the case of structures for which there is a risk that corrosion phenomena are already in progress, apply two coats. Allow the surface to dry for a few minutes after application. If you squirt the product accidentally on the glasses, paints, frames, etc., simply wash with abundant water. In case the treated surface should then be treated or coated with paint or other coatings, please note that a thin layer of inhibitor may be deposited on the surface. In this case, wash with plenty of water and carry out preliminary adhesion tests on the coating that you intend to use. In case the tests fail, proceed with hydrocleaning or slightly sanding to remove any residue. Carry out preliminary tests in this case as well. Apply from 0.15 to 0.35 kg of Consilex No-Rust per square metre of surface to be treated. Packaging: 5 kg canister UM: €/kg
Osmocem Flex: Plastoelastyczny cement wodoodporny do tarasów i murowania

Osmocem Flex: Plastoelastyczny cement wodoodporny do tarasów i murowania

Osmocem Flex A two-component osmotic cementitious waterproofing agent in water dispersion, being a modified polymer that is highly flexible and deformable, with a plastic-elastic conduct. Application by trowel, brush or roller. Ideal for waterproofing terraces, balconies and swimming pools, prior to laying the tiled or brick coating. Suitable for contact with drinking water. Osmocem Flex is certified for compatibility with contact and containment of drinking water and food substances (certificate n. 04/2010 of the Laboratorio Analysis Service di Settimo di Pescantina - VR). Two-component professional product. Proportioning of component A + component B specially designed to give the installer certainty of the result and guarantee of impeccable work: the tank of component B (8 kg) contains slightly more compared to the quantity necessary for mixing the bag (24 kg), allowing the installer, before laying the product, to withdraw from the tank up to 1 lt of the special resin of component B, dilute with 1 lt of water and use this aqueous emulsion to prime the application support; in this way at least three extraordinarily effective operations are performed with a simple and rapid priming: a) expulsion of the air from the superficial porosity _fillers (with drastic reduction of the well-known blisters that occur on low thickness elastic products); b) reduction of the support absorption (to guarantee a suitable setting of the waterproof finish); c) increase in adhesion thanks to the deep penetration of the polymeric component. Moisture-proofing concrete containment works (tubs, swimming pools, pipes, ducts, areas containing food, etc.). Moisture-proofing balconies, terraces, bathrooms, showers, etc., prior to laying successive plasters and screeds, ceramic coatings provided they are sufficiently porous and absorbent and free from any waterproofing and / or water-repellent surface treatment, whether chemical (siloxanes, epoxies, polyurethanes, etc.) or natural (wax-up). Waterproofing coating of earth-retaining masonry, micro-cracked plaster. Deformable finishing coats in general. The application surfaces must be clean, free of dirt, crumbly and inconsistent parts, dust, water-repellent treatments in general, etc., slightly roughened with a suitable preparation method (degree of roughening > 2mm, or >= 3 on the ICRI Scale - International Concrete Repair Institute). Particularly dry supports should be slightly moistened with water. It is always advisable to prime the application support with approximately 100-150 g/m2 of COMPONENT B adhesive latex in order to facilitate the expulsion of air from the surface porosity (pore stopper), reduce the absorption of the support and increase adhesion to the support. For applications on plasterboard, first apply a coat of Bond Plus as a primer. In the case of large covering surfaces on flat roofs or terraces soaked in water, it is necessary to provide suitably located steam vent "chimneys". Do not apply on supports with water leaks or any form of moving water, which must be previously blocked and remedied to prevent the product from washing away during the hardening and setting phase. Osmocem Flex comes in two predosed components that must be thoroughly mixed, with mixers with a low number of revolutions (maximum. 300 Revs/minute) until a homogeneous lump-free mixture is obtained. The addition of other ingredients should be absolutely avoided. The tank of component B (8 kg) contains slightly more compared to the quantity necessary for mixing the bag (24 kg), allowing the installer, before laying the product, to withdraw from the tank up to 1 lt of the special resin of component B, dilute with 1 lt of water and use this aqueous emulsion to prime the application support (see also the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION section). In case of exceptionally arid climate, it is possible to make moderate consistency corrections, where necessary, adding water up to a maximum of 8%. When waterproofing terraces and balconies, two coats, each about 1.5 mm thick (2.2 kg/m² per coat), of Osmocem Flex should be applied, each coat should be applied when the previous one looks stable (at least 4 hours later at 20°C). It is recommended to interpose the fibreglass alkaline-resistant mesh Armaglass 160 in the thickness of Osmocem Flex, between the first and second coat. The self-adhesive butyl band Proband should also be placed between the floor screeds and the elevation walls. Finally, it is advisable to place the special elastic band Elastotex 120 or Elastotex 120 Cloth, at any expansion joints, securing it with the same Osmocem Flex. Approximately 1.8 kg/m² of Osmocem Flex for each millimetre of thickness to be made. Packaging: Kit 24+8 kg UM: €/kg
